Rep. Hamm and Chairman Maloney to Host “Sportsmen’s Listening Tour” Event in Hughesville
March 20, 2025
MONTOURSVILLE – State Representative Joe Hamm (R – Lycoming/Sullivan) and House Game & Fisheries Committee Chairman David Maloney (R – Berks) are pleased to announce they will be hosting the third public meeting in an ongoing statewide “Sportsmen’s Listening Tour.” The event will take place April 16, 6 – 7:30 pm at the Hughesville Volunteer Fire Department Social Hall at 30 South Railroad Street, Hughesville, PA 17737.
The event is free and open to the public, as Chairman Maloney and Representative Hamm want to hear directly from sportsmen in northcentral Pennsylvania. “This meeting in Hughesville is a continuation of our outreach efforts,” Chairman Maloney said. “We’re listening to Pennsylvania’s sportsmen and bringing facts.”
“Pennsylvania is home to world class hunting and fishing opportunities, especially right here in Lycoming and Sullivan Counties,” Rep. Hamm said. “I want to take the voice of our hunters and anglers to Harrisburg so we can protect and enhance the opportunities we have in Pennsylvania. I want to thank Chairman Maloney for giving my constituents the opportunity to provide valuable feedback on these issues.”
Constituents who are unable to attend the meeting are welcomed to provide input by contacting Representative Hamm’s Montoursville District Office at 570-546-2084 or emailing him at jhamm@pahousegop.com.
